On this week's issue of TV Guide, Carol Mendelsohn talked about the awaited return of Lady Heather.

According to Mendelsohn, the character will return this season in a storyline that will bring her and Grissom back together. The case, "involves Nazis, medical experiments and Siamese twins," the CSI co-showrunner said. Lady Heather's re-appearance in this case will also put Grissom in emotional jeopardy.

Typical Lady Heather episodes are obscure and this one won't be different. It seems the character has been suffering from sleep depravation and taking part of experiments to help with her condition. These experiments, however, will, "lead to the dark underbelly of what's really going on in the story," revealed director Richard Lewis.

Lady Heather was last seen in the episode "Lady Heather's Box," in which she was suspected of murder by the team. The episode left some unanswered questions regarding her relationship with Grissom, and her next appearance on the show may end up the same way. According to Mendelsohn, the case will get resolved, but their relationship won't.

Melinda Clarke, who portrays Lady Heather, has been starring on The O.C. for the past three years.

The same issue of TV Guide also talked to George Eads about "Grave Danger" and how it affected not just the actor, but the viewers as well, something the actor discovered this summer when he visited an amusement park.

"The whole time, people felt compelled to tell me how they were affected by the episode," the actor said. "Later, I was at a screening and people were running up to take pictures. They kept saying 'I have to tell you how that episode affected me.' Some of them asked about the ants and I just told them it was my audition for Fear Factor."

Pick up the Dec 19-25, 2005 issue of TV Guide, which is on stands now, to read the rest of the article. Thanks to Elyse for this!

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
