Hello World!

Hello, earthlings!

I feel I should make a mention of this, a) because it's funny and b) because it might clear some confusion. Guys, we're not really affiliated with CSI in any way, shape or form. So when you send me an e-mail, asking me to, "please shave George Eads's mustache," you might be setting yourself up for disappointment. Oh, trust me, if I could I'd chase him up and down Hollywood Blvd. with a razor, but unfortunately I don't know the guy, I don't know anyone at CSI, I'm just a po' ole girl from somewhere in the isles. If you want George to shave, maybe try CBS? I don't know. Where do you complain about these things? Is there an online petition? I bet there's an online petition. Bottom line: we have no jurisdiction over George Eads's facial hair.

It's funny how people have reacted to this 'stache. The episode aired and it was an awesome episode, and yet the only thing people kept talking about was the mustache. I don't know, maybe George found out he'd be speaking Spanish and he wanted to take it up a notch? I guess it's not that bad, but I kept expecting him to walk into the lab wearing an urban sombrero. Still, I have to give the dood some props because his Spanish accent has improved a lot since "Snakes." Muy buen trabajo, Señor Eads, and may the 'stache bring you many hours of glory!

I, for one, hope the mustache some day gets its own spot in the opening credits.

  • Tonight at 10:00pm, CSI: Miami's sweeps period continues with the episode "Nailed." Here's spooky scoop on this exciting episode:

"A woman, who was just about to sign her divorce papers, is found shot to death with a nail gun in her soon-to-be ex-husband's new home. Suspicion falls on her ex-husband and his new fiancée; however, when Det. Ryan Wolfe begins to follow the evidence, he is shot in the eye with a nail gun. Now, as one of their own lies wounded, the team must find out who killed the woman and who may have ended Wolfe's career as a CSI."

  • On Wednesday night at 10pm, CBS will air the new CSI: New York episode "Bad Beat." Here's a brief synopsis:

"A friendly poker game turns deadly when the players realize one of their own is cheating, beat him mercilessly and kick him out of their apartment. When a knock on the door is followed by a shotgun blast that kills the host, Mac and Stella follow their only lead, the ejected player. Meanwhile, Danny and Dr. Hawkes investigate the murder of a local news station's weather girl and their search uncovers a tape she was desperately trying to hide."

  • On Thursday at 9:00pm, the new CSI "A Bullet Runs Through It, Part Two" is set to air. This is what you can expect from it:

"The CSIs sift through the overwhelming evidence from a shootout with drug dealers in order to determine who is responsible for the death of a police officer killed during the incident. When a wild police chase of drug smugglers through the streets of Las Vegas leaves an officer killed, the CSIs suspect that the cop killed in the line of duty was shot by one of his fellow officers."

  • And on November 19th at 9pm, CBS will air a repeat of the CSI: Miami episode ""Recoil." If you missed it the first time, you have the chance to catch it now:

"After a bitter custody battle, shots are fired outside the courthouse and the CSIs must find the shooter. Bullets fly and the target is the little girl's mother. Horatio goes after the father, who he suspects may not be the girl's biological father after all. However, when the mother's shady past is uncovered, the team finds that she has a lot of enemies who would like to take a shot at her. Meanwhile, Calleigh's father returns to the crime lab for her guidance but for an unexpected reason."

In addition to the above episodes on CBS, cable channel SpikeTV will of course continue its daily CSI repeats.
