A former CSI actor could wind up back on TV screens this fall.

As CSI Files previously reported, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation star Gary Dourdan (Warrick Brown) was recently arrested and charged with drug possession. The actor pleaded guilty at his arraignment and was able to avoid spending time in jail. Dourdan was ordered to complete a 16-class drug treatment program.

The National Enquirer has reported that Dourdan might be taking part in a different kind of program as well. Filming for the second season of the reality series Celebrity Rehab with Dr Drew started on Monday, and while a spokesperson for the show refused to confirm Dourdan's involvement, a source indicated that the actor would be taking part. "Gary knows he screwed up, but he wants to stay in the public eye," the source told the Enquirer. "He didn't think twice about doing the show. He's used to being on TV."

The program lasts 21 days and is lead by Dr Drew Pinsky. Dourdan is rumored to be joining Rod Stewart's son Sean, Grease star Jeff Conaway, Tawny Kitaen and Steve Adler. The second series airs in October.
