CBS last week premiered the full trailer of the upcoming CSI episode, "King Baby".

In this episode, the two CSI teams work together to investigate the death of a well-known casino owner. However, when they discover the victim enjoyed a very percular kink, the CSIs realize they haven't seen everything yet. Now they must dwell into the world of infantilism to find the killer. Meanwhile, Catherine is upset when her team is first on the scene, but Ecklie gives the case to Grissom.

[Text-over: '100 Million']

[Flashback: Grissom walks into a room, kit in hand.]

[Text-over: 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation']

[Text-over: 'TV's Most Watched Drama']

THURSDAY

[Text-over: 'Thursday']

[A couple of police cars arrive at a mansion. It's after sundown.]

A DEAD LOCAL WITH A TWISTED FETISH

[Catherine is taking pictures of something as Warrick points at it with his flashlight.]

[There's an overweight deceased man lying on the floor. The paramedics are wheeling over a gurney.]

[Flashback: a grown man is lying in a cradle; he's happily playing with the toys of the mobile.]

[A bemused Catherine is holding a giant diaper.]

[Warrick inches closer, skeptic about what he's actually seeing.]

Warrick: "Is that a diaper?"

[Catherine and other two CSI's are checking a nursery, only every item in the room is over-sized.]

Catherine: "Just when you thought you'd seen it all."

[Grissom grabs a giant bottle.]

[Catherine looks around the room, shocked.]

Nick: "I just don't get it, man."

[Nick picks up a giant pacifier.]

IT'S CSI'S WEIRDEST CASE YET

[Flash: Open window. The sunlight is streaming in.]

[Flash: Unidentified man walking down a hallway.]

[In another room, a weary Grissom opens up a door while Catherine and Warrick look on.]

[Flashback: A grown, overweight man is wearing a diaper.]

[Flashback: Close-up of his face. He looks distressed.]

[Nick holds up a shirt. The shirt has holes where the breasts go.]

[Catherine shows someone a bottle full of milk.]

[Grissom and Nick walk into a store.]

Grissom: "Do you carry adult diapers?"

[Grissom addresses the saleswoman.]

[The saleswoman checks out Grissom's body over the counter.]

Saleswoman: "What are you, about a 34, 36?"

[Grissom looks at her, deadpanned, and turns to Nick.]
