CBS has released the promo for next week's new CSI: Miami episode, "Legal."

In the episode, Horatio and the team are called in to investigate when an 18-year old girl is murdered at a hip Miami nightclub. It turns out the girl was an investigative aide working for Alcohol Beverage Control and was monitoring underage drinking. As Horatio interviews the club's owner, an unknown man drives by the club, sees that the police are there, and crashes his car while fleeing the scene. However, the case gets more complicated when they discover another murdered victim inside the car.

THINGS GET WILD IN MIAMI'S HOTTEST NIGHT CLUB

[Amid flashes of light, people dance in a night club.]

[A man and a woman kiss behind a veil.]

[One of the dancers lifts up her shirt to flash two men.]

ON CBS MONDAY, IT GOES TOO FAR

[Two female dancers.]

[Text: 'Monday']

[A flash cut to a female figure grasping at a frosted glass panel - and leaving a trail of blood as she slides down.]

[Inside the club. The owner shifts uncomfortably under Horatio's gaze.]

[Close-up of Horatio]

Horatio: "Do you recognise this girl?"

[A dead girl lies on the floor in a red dress.]

[Close-up of the club owner.]

Club owner: "They're all the same. Skinny, rich, entitled."

[The hips of a confidently striding girl.]

[A group of the skinny, rich and entitled gather around their sports cars.]

[A blonde in the group looks bemused.]

NOW, THIS MURDER INVESTIGATION

[Ryan Wolfe looks at the blood stain on the glass.]

[Calleigh examines the girl in red with a flashlight.]

[Close-up of Calleigh.]

Calleigh: "This was not random."

[Horatio and Alexx squat over a dead body.]

Horatio: "What is this?"

[A small device is removed from the victim's skin with a pincet.]

Alexx: "An implant of some sort."

[Horatio looks at the implant.]

[Close-up of the implant being turned around.]

Horatio: "It's a tracking device."

IS ABOUT TO LEAD

[Horatio shields himself with his arm.]

[Horatio stands outside the club as a car speeds toward him.]

[From within the car, we see Horatio shielding himself.]

[Horatio jumps to safety.]

[A massive explosion as the car crashes into a wall.]

TO AN UNSPEAKABLE CRIME

[A pair of pincers open a padlock.]

[Several CSIs stand outside a warehouse.]

[The warehouse door slides open.]

[Inside are several girls. They look surprised.]

[Horatio confronts a suspect.]

Horatio: "Where are the other girls?"
