This week, on CSI: New York, the team will have to find the killer of an eccentric billionaire while one of their own is trapped in a panic room:

Danny and Stella find innovative ways to process a crime scene while Danny is trapped in a panic room with the victim, who was the only person with the security code. As a locksmith works to cut through the titanium doors, the CSIs rush to process the evidence before the victim decays further and Danny's oxygen runs out. Meanwhile, Mac, Dr. Hawkes and Lindsay investigate the murder of an exotic dancer found dead on a klieg light.

"Trapped" was written by co-executive producer Peter M. Lenkov, who this season co-wrote "Zoo York," and directed by James Whitmore Jr.

Below is a list of guest stars for this episode:

  • Jonah Laton as Dr. Marty Pino
  • Alexandra Barreto as Linda Cortez
  • Wayne Duvall as John Grimes
  • Val Lauren as Jerry Gordon
  • Vince Grant as Dr. Lyle Penn
  • John Eric Bentley as Roger Hagler
  • Ryan Alosio as Andy Kula
  • Dylan Tays as Angie Charles
  • Christopher Le Crenn as Hunter Hudson

Scagnetti, who fans first met in the episode "Grand Murder At Central Station."

CBS also released the promo video for this episode last week. The trailer is currently available for download at CBS.com. For those of you with slower connections, here's a full transcript with screen caps of the trailer.

[She starts her sexy routine as men around her shout in excitement.]
[She sits on a chair and leans back, and, ala Flashdance, she pulls on a string and is suddenly bathed in jelly.]
[She invites one of the men over and the two proceed to wrestle in the jelly.]
[She kicks him around and he lands on the rink.]

Hawkes: "Extensive burn trauma."
[Mac and Lindsay stand over the jelly filled rink.]
Mac: "There might be something in there."
[Lindsay jokes with him.]
Lindsay: "Well, let me know if you find anything."
[Mac looks at her, deadpanned.]
[Lindsay retrieves.]
Lindsay: "I'll get my boots."

AND

Flack: "This place is tighter than Ft. Knox."

MURDER IN A PANIC ROOM

[The New York skyline.]

CSI: New York – Trapped [Danny is looking around the bedroom when suddenly the door behind him begins to close.]
[He looks back as the room gradually becomes dark.]
[Stella runs towards the panic room.]
[As she does, Danny runs towards the door but it's too late. The door locks in front of him]
[He bangs on it loudly.]
Danny: "What the hell is going on?"
[Stella is on the other side.]
Stella: "Danny, can you hear me?"

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
