All three members of the franchise air new episodes, and all three series take the top spot.

On Monday, CSI: Miami came out on top in the 10:00pm hour with 13.62 million viewers and a 3.9 rating/10 share in the crucial 18-49 demographic. Boston Legal came in second with 9.40 million and 2.5/6, and the special Monday airing of Life came in third with 5.78 million and 2.3/6. Next week, NBC will start airing My Own Worst Enemy in the 10:00pm slot.

CSI: New York had 15.68 million viewers at 10:00pm on Wednesday, rising to 16.03 million at the half-hour. It earned the top spot over Dirty Sexy Money (5.95 million) and Lipstick Jungle (4.77 million). In the 18-49 demo, CSI: NY had 4.2/11, rising to 4.4/12 at 10:30pm., easily beating Money (2.1/6, dropping to 1.9/5 at the half-hour) and Jungle (1.9/5, falling to 1.8/5).

The season nine premiere of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation crushed the competition with 22.98 million viewers and 7.0/17 in the vital 18-49 demographic. Grey's Anatomy came in second in both viewers (14.54 million) and the 18-49 demo (5.5/13), which it usually dominates. NBC came in third with a combination of The Office (9.00 million, 4.6/11) and Saturday Night Live Weekend Update (10.59 million, 5.0/12). Compared to the airing of CSI from a year ago, CSI was up 3.19 million viewers and 15% in the 18-49 demo year-to-year.

CSI led into the new drama Eleventh Hour at 10:00pm, which pulled in 11.59 million viewers and 3.4/9 in the 18-49 demographic. Overall viewers put it in second place ahead of ER (9.34 million) but behind Life on Mars (11.60 million), which was also airing its series premiere. Hour was third in 18-49 behind ER (4.0/10) and Mars (3.8/10). Life on Mars and Eleventh Hour were close, but the new ABC drama had a higher retention rate from its lead-in, Grey's (80% of viewers and 69% of the demo), than Hour had from CSI (50% of viewers and 49% of the demo).

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
