The promo for the CSI: New York episode "...Comes Around" is now available on Innertube.

Tennis star John McEnroe is the prime suspect in a murder despite the fact that he has a solid alibi. Meanwhile, the NYPD investigation into Mac Taylor's conduct heats up. A teleplay by Zachary Reiter and Bill Haynes based on a story by Pam Veasey and Daniele Nathanson.

[Quick flashes of New York City at night]

WEDNESDAY, TAKE A WILD RIDE

[A limo drives through Times Square with a group of younger men and women sticking their heads out of the top, laughing and drinking from champagne glasses]

[A young, dark-haired man is chased down the street]

[Hard Rock Café logo flashes across the screen]

WITH CSI: NEW YORK.

[Flashback: There is a scuffle between two people and a man is shown being thrust back against a wall, yelling with pain]

[Dr. Peyton Driscoll stands next to Flack]

[The man is shown, dead, his body upright against the wall]

Peyton: "Impaled on a condom machine."

[Danny Messer looks up from where he's crouching on the ground]

Danny: "So much for safe sex."

[Close-up on Lindsay Monroe]

Lindsay: "All of the eye-witnesses said it was John McEnroe."

[John McEnroe is shown in darkness]

[Text-over: 'McEnroe a murderer?']

IS McENROE A MURDERER?

[McEnroe, standing on a busy New York sidewalk, looks hassled as he shifts his focus from Danny to Stella]

[Close-up on Stella Bonasera]

McEnroe: "I may have threatened a couple of line judges, but I never killed anybody."

[Camera quickly pans along a section of the Manhattan skyline]

AND

[A professional-looking woman with a ponytail walks slowly as she speaks]

[Flashback: Close up on Clay Dobson's face, his nose bloody, right before he falls backward, calling out]

Woman: "Detective Taylor dropped a handcuffed man."

[Flashback: Mac Taylor lets go of Dobson, who goes over the edge of the roof]

[Flashback: Close up on Mac, no sign of regret on his face]

THIS CSI

[The woman looks up at Mac from behind a table, and there are several other people in the room, all looking at Mac]

[Close-up of Mac outside of the room]

Mac: "They're calling me a murderer in there."

[Text-over: 'Judgement Day']

WILL FACE JUDGMENT DAY.

[Flack, who is sitting in the hallway, gets up as Mac hurries by and follows him]

[Close-up on Flack, concerned]

Flack: "This department can't afford to lose you."

[Close-up on Mac, who does not seem swayed by Flack's words]

Mac: "This isn't about the department. It's about me."

[Close-up on Flack's face]
