A repeat and a fresh episode topped in overall viewers.

On Monday, a repeat of CSI: Miami won the 10:00pm hour with 11.00 million viewers and a 3.0 rating/8 share in the 18-49 demographic. The penultimate episode of Boston Legal came in second with 8.39 million viewers and 2.3/6. My Own Worst Enemy, which will air its final episode on December 15, came in third with 4.03 million viewers and 1.6/4.

CBS aired the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Wednesday in place of CSI: New York. The special came in second in overall viewers with 8.73 million compared to Law and Order's 11.26 million. In the 18-49 demo, the fashion show came out ahead with 3.6/10 to Law's 2.9/8. Dirty Sexy Money gave ABC the third place spot with 5.67 million viewers and 1.7/5.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was the only member of the franchise to air a new episode last week, and it split the lead with Grey's Anatomy as usual. CSI took the top in overall viewers with 17.39 million over 15.15 million for Grey's, but the medical drama came out on top in the key demographic with 5.5/14 compared to CSI's 4.6/11. NBC was third in the hour with a combination of The Office (8.33 million, 4.3/11) and 30 Rock (7.14 million, 3.4/8). A repeat of Kitchen Nightmares came in fourth with 4.08 million viewers and 1.8/5, and a repeat of Supernatural came in the usual fifth place with 2.01 million viewers and 0.8/2. Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2008 easily won the 10:00pm hour (13.21 million viewers and 4.2/11 in the 18-49 demo), with Eleventh Hour splitting second place with ER. Hour had 10.91 million viewers, beating ER's 8.22 million. ER took the second spot in the demo with 3.2/9 over Hour's 2.7/7.
