CBS Monday night premiered the trailer for "Addiction", the CSI: Miami episode set to air on December 13.

The A-story of the episode revolves Kay and Sal Coleman, a couple who are celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary when they are carjacked and Kay is brutally murdered. Meanwhile, Alexx is faced with a different kind of crime to investigate when victims' personal items mysteriously go missing from the morgue.

The 30-second promo, which includes a special holiday message from David Caruso (Horatio Caine) is available for download from CBS.com. For those of you with slower connections, here's a transcript:

[David Caruso stands in front of the CBS 'Eye' logo as snow falls behind him.]

David Caruso: "Happy holidays from all of us at CBS."

[The words 'Happy Holidays' appear over the CBS logo.]

[A paramedic wheels Kay Coleman's body into an ambulance.]

[Horatio peers at the wreckage of the Colemans' car.]

Horatio: "Is that a gunshot wound to the head?"

NOW EVERY CLUE IS MORE BIZARRE THAN THE LAST

[Black and white flasback: Alexx examines Kay's facial injuries.]

[Delko bends over to examine the car's steering wheel with his flashlight.]

[Black and white flashback: the camera moves from Kay's head to the murderer's hand pointing his gun at her.]

[Calleigh and Ryan survey the scene.]

Ryan: "Mrs. Coleman was shot outside the car."

[Calleigh gets into the back seat of the car, now back in the CSI garage for examination.]

Calleigh (off-screen): "After the wreck."

[Back at the scene, Horatio takes off his glasses.]

[Calleigh bends over in the front seat, gathering evidence.]

[She talks to Horatio.]

Calleigh: "Guy kills the woman, leaves the money. That does not sound like any car-jacking I've ever heard of."

[Calleigh pulls a piece of evidence off the back of a carseat.]

[A computer screen flicks through the fingerprints of various suspects.]

[Close-up of Horatio at the scene.]

Horatio: "Join the club."

AND

[Alexx stands in the morgue with a clipboard in her hand, examining a dead body.]

[The coroner passionately describes her job.]

Alexx: "We are the deceased's last line of protection before they are put into the ground."

[An assistant wheels a dead body from the ambulance into the crime lab.]

[A body lies in the morgue with a sheet draped over it.]
