CBS recently released information for this week's new episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Synopses, creative staff and guest cast listings for CSI's "Grissom v. Volcano" are available courtesy of TV Guide and Yahoo! TV.

Written by: Anthony Zuiker and Carol Mendelsohn

Directed by: Richard Lewis

Executive producers Anthony Zuiker and Carol Mendelsohn have teamed up before to pen CSI episodes such as "Lady Heather's Box," "Unfriendly Skies," and "Table Stakes." Richard Lewis is a veteran CSI director, having helmed such episodes as "Fight Night" and "Crash and Burn." He has also directed episodes of The District and Due South.

The official synopsis is available from TV Guide:

Sheriff Atwater suspects terrorists are responsible for a car bombing outside a casino that killed three people, but Grissom isn't so sure, even though the man driving the vehicle was a federal marshal. Across town, Sara and Warrick investigate the death of a popular entertainer's wife, who is found floating in a hot tub while her husband is performing on-stage.

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
