CBS this week released the promo for the new CSI: New York episode "Super Men."

In this episode, the murder of a would-be super hero leads the team to uncover the illegal sale of prescription drugs to junkies and they suspect the victim's killer is behind it all. Meanwhile, when a college football superstar is killed in his hotel room shortly after being chosen as a first draft pick for the league, Danny and Lindsay question a long list of suspects who came into contact with him after his sudden fame.

FOOTBALL'S #1 DRAFT PICK

'Super Men' [A man and a woman walk out of a Hummer and are instantly surrounded by reporters.]
[They continue to walk and camera flashes go off all around them.]
[The guy stops to talk to a reporter.]
[The reporter asks him.]
Reporter: "Any predictions?"
[The man is very enthusiastic.]
Man: "Superbowl, baby!"

IS BENCHED PERMANENTLY

[Fake newspaper features the football player's picture. The headline reads 'Benched Permanently.']
[The picture comes alive and suddenly the football player is stabbed in the back.]
[Flash: His body lays face down on the floor.]
[Flash: Blood pools around his head.]
[Flash: Close-up of his neck, there are various tattoos on his skin.]
'Super Men' [Lindsay looks down at the body.]
Lindsay: "What could kill somebody this big and this strong?"
[The football player is rolled over on his back. Two men have to assist on the job.]

AND IN NEW YORK, CSIs ARE THE SUPERHEROES OF CRIME FIGHTING

[Flash through the streets of New York.]
[Mac walks towards the camera in slow-motion.]
[Flack chases a guy down an alley.]
[Lindsay is at the lab, test shooting a gun.]
[Mac and Stella approach a crime scene.]

BUT HAVE THEY MET THEIR MATCH?

[The picture of Mac and Stella freezes in a fake news paper. Headline: 'Met Their Match?']
[The camera zooms in on the planet earth and into New York.]
[The city is dark, the camera continues to zoom in through the streets.]
[Mac addresses Stella.]
Mac: "Fly in a cape. Clothes left inside a phone booth.]
[The two are standing in front of a phone booth, where a pair of sunglasses are sitting by the phone and a bunch of clothes are on the ground.]
[Stella looks amused.]
'Super Men' Stella: "No way."
[Through the dark streets, a man is running at magnificent speed.]
[Another man addresses the team.]
Man: "That man saved my life."
[Flashback: The man in question is being robbed. Suddenly a man wearing a cape, a red suit and white jockeys runs by.]
[Flashback: He grabs the perp and throws him on the ground.]
[Flashback: The two men struggle.]
[One of the lab techs is hard at work.]
[Later, he addresses Mac.]
Lab tech: "It tested positive for krypton."
[Mac looks incredulous but is speechless.]
[The superhero, wearing his cape and his underwear, jumps through the hood of a car.]
[He goes flying in the air, accompanied by the Super Man jump special sound.]

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
