'Black Cherry' cover image - copyright GoldfrappCSI: Crime Scene Investigation is famous for using music, from composer John Keane's own creations to the latest contemporary rock, to enhance its episodes. Now, CSI Files is giving readers the chance to win some of that music.

The alternative band Goldfrapp contributed two songs to the soundtrack for last week's episode, "Fur and Loathing". The tracks, "Tip Toe" and "Slippage", played over some of the furry scenes in the episode, come from the band's latest album, Black Cherry.

Singer/composer Alison Goldfrapp and composer/keyboardist Will Gregory formed Goldfrapp in the late 1990s, releasing their first album, Fall Mountain, in 2000. Black Cherry has been described as possessing a "an intensity and brooding claustrophobia that's both exuberant and sensual".

Of the two tracks featured in "Fur and Loathing", URB Magazine said "Tip Toe" is "like Portishead on acid", while "Slippage" was described as "a slowed, industrial burner with a crushing beat and beautiful, lyric-less vocals".

We've got copies of Black Cherry to give away to five lucky CSI Files readers. To enter the competition, all you have to do is tell us in 200 words or less what you think is the best use of music in an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation or CSI: Miami. Please use the form below to send us your entry:

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
