CBS has released a 30-second trailer for the upcoming CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode "Down the Drain".

In this instalment of the new season, "a man's badly twisted corpse is found in a city storm-drain tunnel following a severe thunderstorm, and the discovery leads to another disturbing finding: human bones that may have come from a murder victim. As more bones are found the investigation focuses on identifying the victim and pinpointing the location where the body was dumped."

For those of you unable to view the trailer, the following is a transcript of the contents:

CBS THURSDAY – WHAT CSI FINDS UNDERGROUND

[Text: 'Thursday']

[Water in an underground sewer gushes towards the camera.]

[A woman with a noose around her neck floats under green-tinted water.]

[A disguised figure trudges through the sewer canal.]

[A rubber-gloved hand flashes a torch through a grill.]

[Two figures exit the sewer tunnels into daylight.]

[Text: 'Underground']

Catherine: "These bones are human."

[A skull and bones are shown]

[Catherine is seen examining the bones]

AND UNDERWATER

[Text: 'Underwater']

[Catherine screams and appears startled]

[A sequence of images flash for an instant]

TV'S MOST WATCHED SHOW

[A high-ranking CSI official is shown]

Official: "Get out now."

[Grissom is shown wearing a cap]

[Catherine turns around]

[The door opens]

[Warrick lowers his torch slightly]

Warrick: "Put down your stuff and step away from the closet..."
