The body of a man is found in the bathroom of the Orpheus Casino. The six-foot plus victim was beaten to death. Both his winnings and his wallet are still on him. Could he have been killed by several attackers? The CSI team has to find out in the new episode "Bad to the Bone."

CSI Files sources released information about the eighteenth episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's fourth season. While Catherine and Warrick puzzle over the body of Tony Sciarra, the man found in the bathroom, Nick and Sara study the surveillance tapes. On the tapes, Tony plays Craps, and is apparently doing pretty well. He doesn't notice the shifty, short man next to him, who filches one of Tony's fifty dollar chips when he's not looking.

Grissom observes as Dr. Robbins examines Tony's body. Dr. Robbins notes that it appears that Tony's arms were restrained, since he has no defensive wounds on them. Grissom and Dr. Robbins conclude that it appears it was just one person who murdered Tony.

Brass questions Louise Madison, a cleaning woman who was working in the Orpheus's food court when she observed something very disturbing. A short, dark-haired man entered the bathroom to clean his hands. Louise observes that his hands were covered in blood. She catches a glimpse of his face, and he meets her gaze with a steely, cruel look.

The man is now eating in the food court. Brass, Nick and several other officers approach him cautiously and arrest him. His sneakers are dotted with blood.

The man's name is Walter Damian. He sits silently as Brass and Grissom question him. They note that Tony's money was still on his body, so Brass asks if perhaps Tony and Walter were lovers. This draws a response from Walter, who denies it.

Grissom asks to see Walter's hands so that he can collect evidence from under his fingernails. Grissom takes one of Walter's hands, and promptly drops it, disturbed. Walter's hands are hot, but when Grissom asks him if he has a fever, Walter says nothing. Grissom reluctantly picks up Walter's hand again and begins collecting evidence. Suddenly Walter jumps up and throws Grissom against the wall, his hand around Grissom's throat...

Please note that the above plot details have not been confirmed by CBS, Alliance Atlantis or Bruckheimer Films, and until such time you should treat this information as you would any other rumour. The above information comes from an early draft of the script and details may change before the episode goes to air.

"Bad to the Bone" will likely air in the spring of 2004.

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
