CBS has released the promo for tomorrow night's new CSI: Miami episode, "Under the Influence."

In the episode, a woman is killed when she is pushed in front of a bus. When Calleigh's dad later tells her that he may have accidentally killed someone while drinking and driving, Horatio connects two and two and takes Cailleigh of the case. Her replacement? New Miami CSI Ryan Wolfe, played by Jonathan Togo.

ON MONDAY'S NUMBER ONE SHOW, CSI: MIAMI

[A young woman is waiting for the bus.]

[The bus approaches.]

[Text: 'Monday's #1 Show']

[The woman's face contorts in as she stumbles.]

[The woman falls on the road.]

[The impact from the bus sends the woman flying, with papers from her bag fluttering around her.]

[She crashes on the ground.]

[A bystander screams.]

[Text: 'CSI: Miami']

[Horatio and Yelina arrive.]

Yelina: "Suicide?"

Horatio: "I don't think so."

TWO CONTROVERSIAL CASES

[Text: 'Two Controversial Cases']

Alexx: "That girl was a victim long before that bus hit her."

[On the road, Alexx examines the woman's body.]

[Close-up of Alexx in the morgue, speaking to Horatio.]

[Horatio and Alexx look at the woman's body on the examination table.]

ONE NEW CSI

[Text: 'One New CSI:']

Horatio: "Wolfe, you're hired."

[Ryan Wolfe walks up to Horatio and Calleigh.]

[Close-up of Horatio.]

[Close-up of Ryan.]

Ryan: "Okay."

[Calleigh isn't pleased.]

Calleigh: "A newbie?"

[Horatio looks persuavive.]

Horatio: "I need you to trust me on this.]

[Calleigh is trying hard.]

Calleigh: "It's your order."

WHO WILL SHAKE THINGS UP

[Ryan points his flashlight at a car.]

[Ryan is focusing completely on the car.]

[Calleigh walks in to check up on Ryan.]

[Wearing gloves, Ryan looks up at her.]

Ryan: "Can you put your hands in your pockets, please?]

[Calleigh is getting annoyed now.]

Calleigh: "I'm ten feet away."

[Ryan, Boy Genius.]

Ryan: "Eight and a half."

Calleigh: "I beg your pardon?"

[Horatio stands with Yelina, he isn't impressed.]

Horatio: "So he's a little shy."
