Alexx Woods returns when a murderer puts Calleigh and Ryan's lives at risk.

Joe Chappelle has directed 22 previous episodes of Miami, including "Power Trip" from earlier this season. Krystal Houghton has 12 writing credits under her belt for the show, most recently for "Cheating Death".

The following guest stars will appear in "Smoke Gets In Your CSIs":

Elizabeth Ann Bennett was also on New York, appearing in "Summer in the City" and "Grand Murder at Central Station" at the beginning of the second season. The other actors are new to the franchise.

CSI: New York will air a repeat of "Page Turner" from earlier this season on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT. The team raced to find the source of radiation poisoning while Sid Hammerback fought for his life.

At 9:00pm ET/PT on Thursday, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation will re-air this season's "Let it Bleed". A young woman was found with several types of blood in her body, and the CSIs connected her to a wanted criminal.

Why can't the CSIs get dates?
All work and no play makes Greg a blue boy.
It probably has something to do with the fact that every time Horatio Caine has sex with a woman, she dies.
Shower sex loses its allure when there's lemons involved.
These people collect body fluids for a living. Then again, if David the coroner can get laid...
They can get dates, I bet. We just don't see it.
Three words: Hank the Skank.
