CSI: Miami actress Eva La Rue (Natalia Boa Vista) celebrates her birthday today, December 27. She was born on this day in 1966.

As CSI Files previously reported, Eva La Rue (Natalia Boa Vista) is the spokesperson for the Beckstrand Cancer Foundation. The actress recently posted about her CSI: Miami costars Jonathan Togo (Ryan Wolfe), Omar Miller (Walter Simmons) and Adam Rodriguez (Eric Delko) delivering a puppy to a young boy with leukemia. The dog was a Christmas present for the boy, whose family couldn’t afford any gifts after paying his medical bills. CSI: Miami actress Eva La Rue (Natalia Boa Vista) will be one of the stars featured on the HGTV special Celebrity Holiday Homes on Sunday, December 4 at 8:00pm ET/PT. La Rue will work with designer Sandra Espinet to decorate her home with a traditional red-and-white theme, creating a fanciful Santa’s workshop. “This has been so much fun! To see the holiday decor through my daughter’s eyes, too, was the perfect kick-off to our first Christmas in this house together,” La Rue said.
