Enter To Become A CBS ‘Uber Insider’

CBS has teamed up with Parade Magazine for the “CBS Uber Insider” contest, which seeks to find the “ultimate fan” of one of the CBS programmes. To enter, you can submit a video or upload a photo and essay explaining “why you love CBS and what shows you simply can’t miss.” Your friends, family and online community can work together to vote for you so you can become one of the ten finalists. One winner will be chosen as the “CBS Uber Insider”. The winner will travel to Los Angeles, California to tour the set of a CBS show, get $1,000 spending money and have the opportunity to become an editor on PARADE.com and “blog about all things CBS”.

CBS.com is giving away 100 copies of the CSI: Fatal Conspiracy game for Xbox 360. Fans can visit the official message board here to participate by answering the question “What has been your favorite episode of season 11 and why?” Comments are due by Monday, January 10. Vote For New People’s Choice Award Categories

You can help pick new categories for the 2011 People’s Choice Awards by voting online. If you sign up as a member, you will be entered in a sweepstakes to win a trip to the People’s Choice Awards in January. Voting runs now through October 18, and the final tally will determine which new categories for movies, television and music will be added to the award show. One of the potential categories for television is “Favorite TV Crime Fighter”, which might interest fans of the CSI franchise. (Official sweepstakes rules are available on the website.)

CSI Files previously reported that fans of CSI: Miami could enter a contest on the official CBS.com message board to win prizes. During week two of the contest, two winners will be chosen—the first will receive a signed David Caruso (Horatio Caine) headshot wrapped in police tape with a Horatio wristband and a copy of CSI magazine, and the second winner will receive a signed Emily Proctor (Calleigh Duquesne) headshot wrapped in police tape with a copy of CSI magazine. Caruso Encourages Fans To Vote For Best Impression

As CSI Files previously reported, CBS.com is holding a contest to find the fan who can do the best impression of Horatio Caine (David Caruso). Voting is now open between the final few contestants, and Caruso himself wanted to thank the participants and encourage Miami fans to vote:

Voting is down to the final five contestants, which will run through March 15 at 9:00am PST. After that, fans will be able to vote for the best impression out of the final three from March 15 to March 22. Vote now!
