Callaway Answers Questions From ‘New York’ Fans

CBS.com collected questions from CSI: New York fans, which were answered by co-executive producer Trey Callaway in one of the latest entries in the site’s “Under the Microscope” blog. Callaway addressed questions about killing off characters, wardrobe and hair decisions for the show, gun fights, Danny (Carmine Giovinazzo) and Lindsay Messer (Anna Belknap), and Dr Sheldon Hawkes’ (Hill Harper) love life. CBS Purchases ‘Siringo’ Script From Callaway

CSI: New York co-executive producer Trey Callaway sold a one-hour crime drama script to CBS. The series is called Siringo, and it is based on real life cowboy and detective Charles Siringo. Siringo was an agent for the Pinkerton National Detective Agency during the late 1800s. Callaway will serve as executive producer for the series with Mace Neufeld.

Callaway Champions The New York State Pavilion

The New York State Pavilion was commissioned for the 1964 World’s Fair in the Queens borough of New York City. The pavilion was recently added to the New York State Register of Historic Places. CSI: New York co-executive producer Trey Callaway described Flushing Meadows, Queens as “a one-of-a-kind place.” The park and the Pavilion, he said, maintain “the interest, attention and adoration of past fair attendants, current park patrons, and distant audiences everywhere – the New York State Pavilion deserves to be preserved for many generation to come.”
