The second season of CSI: Cyber gets underway this Sunday, October 4 at 10:00pm ET/PT. You can find several sneak peeks from “Why-Fi” below, along with interviews, quotes, tweets and photos from the past three weeks!

Here’s the first clip from the premiere, featuring Raven Ramirez (Hayley Kiyoko), Brody Nelson (Shad Moss) and Elijah Mundo (James Van Der Beek). (You can also find it on CBS.com, CBS Press Express and SpoilerTV.)

Scene number two features Avery Ryan (Patricia Arquette), DB Russell (Ted Danson), Raven and Nelson. (It’s also available on CBS.com and CBS Press Express.)

And here’s sneak peek number three, featuring Ryan and Daniel Krumitz (Charley Koontz). (You can watch it on CBS.com, CBS Press Express and SpoilerTV as well.)

CBS also shared this clip with Ryan and DB. (It can also be found on CBS.com.)

Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive sneak peek, which you can watch below. It features Ryan and DB:

Executive Producer Pam Veasey spoke to TV Line about what fans can expect this year. You can find a clip featuring DB and Ryan at the link, and here’s an excerpt about season two:

“Nothing is off-limits” in terms of what can be hacked this season, Veasey explains, offering up “basketballs, pacifiers, plants, keychains, even roaches” as examples. “We’ve even gone to sexual toys!”

The Huffington Post did an interview with Moss, and here’s a quote:

I know that we’re in store for some exciting changes on CSI: Cyber this season. What can you tell us?

Season two is going to be very different from the first season. We’re taking full advantage of the opportunity to correct and perfect things based on the response from our fans.

The writers have done a fantastic job this season as far as bringing in more action, and making the show more than just Federal agents catching and beating up the bad guys. This season deals with who these agents are outside of the workplace.

Here’s a video interview from CBS News, featuring Arquette, Van Der Beek, Kiyoko, Moss, Koontz and Veasey:

And here’s an excerpt from the CBS News interview with Veasey, about DB’s addition to the Cyber cast:

He’s coming over from CSI because he wasn’t quite finished with the crime world. He is the director of Next Generation Forensics. So he combines the CSI world of fingerprints and DNA with the technology of next generation products. He’s the one always bringing in the newest thing, like a baby pacifier, that is Bluetooth … He then gives it to our team of hackers, our young people, and says, ‘Hack this so we’re one step ahead of the bad guy.’

Producer Mary Aiken is a real-life cyberpsychologist, and she was the inspiration for the character of Avery Ryan. Aiken spoke to the Belfast Telegraph, and here’s a quote:

As a producer, I’m involved with everything, from the brainstorming of ideas to the execution of the script.

I’ve spent a lot of time with Patricia Arquette. She’s a fabulous actress and has an intuitive feel for psychology. And while she’s brought her own interpretation of the character, I am often told there are nuances that are 100% me.

Arquette was on The Talk today. You can watch the full episode here (skip to 29:00 for Arquette’s interview), or watch a clip below:

Arquette and Danson appeared on CBS Los Angeles today as well, and here’s the interview:

CBS shared promotional images from “Why-Fi”, which you can find by clicking the link in the tweet below:

Here’s an interview with Koontz from Chubstr, including this quote about Cyber:

Let’s talk about your show! You have a new season coming up. You play that sort of computer nerd stereotype. How do you take that concept and make it your own?

My favorite part about the show is that it’s a whole team of computer experts. I’m not just the guy, I’m a guy that’s on a team and the rest of the team looks like Bow Wow, and James Van Der Beek, and Patricia Arquette, and Hayley Kiyoko. I just feel like I’m part of a great team.

In the first season, my character Krumitz and Bow Wow’s character Nelson had a contentious relationship. I had worked as a white hat hacker and he was black hat hacker. Most of the source of our contention is that we might be equally skilled. Each of us think that we’re better than the other one, but we’re probably about the same. That’s what I really love about it. There are plenty of procedurals where they have the computer guy, and the detectives and “I’m the sexy one” or “I’m the one that runs around” and “That’s the computer nerd.” One of the things that’s been really cool about Cyber; everybody has to be equally skilled. I got to shoot a guy last season, I punched a guy in the throat! I was running around, backin’ up The Beek, I got my gun out… it’s awesome!

Koontz also did an interview with Geek Life, which you can watch below:

Arquette visited The Late Late Show earlier this week, and you can watch the full episode here. Here’s a clip with Arquette:

Van Der Beek won a Streamy Award for best actor for his work in the Power Rangers Bootleg Universe short film. Here are several tweets:

Moss was on The Doctors last month, and here are two clips:

Finally, here is a collection of 36 tweets and photos that have been shared over the past three weeks, followed by four videos:
