‘Long Road Home’ Official Details, Plus What’s On This Week

Here is the cast list and official details for this week’s episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, plus the description for the new episode of Criminal Minds and which repeats of NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles are on the schedule.

NCIS will re-air “Anonymous Was a Woman” on Tuesday at 8:00pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode description (more information here):

On Wednesday, Criminal Minds airs a new episode, “Rabid”, at 9:00pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode description (more information here):

When three bodies are found with animal and human bite marks in a shallow grave near Milwaukee, the BAU has puzzling questions to answer. Meanwhile, Reid and Garcia work out for a company fitness test, but try to hide their preparation from Morgan.


CSI investigates sex, drugs and rock and roll in “Long Road Home” on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT. First, check out the 30-second promo:

Here are the official details for the episode:

The CSIs investigate the murder of a rock and roll groupie and the disappearance of a prostitute that both have ties to a mysterious band.

Producer Phil Conserva directed the episode, which marks his third time helming CSI; his previous credits include “Passed Pawns” from earlier this season. Co-Executive Producer Gavin Harris penned “Long Road Home”, which is his tenth writing credit for the crime drama; he previously wrote this season’s “The Lost Reindeer”

Larry Mitchell is back as Officer Mitchell. As CSI Files previously reported, KISS frontman Gene Simmons plays himself in the episode. Joshua Bitton was in “Officer Involved” during the eighth season of CSI: New York. The other actors are new to the franchise.
