CBS Renews ‘CSI’, ‘NCIS’, ‘NCIS:LA’ & ‘Criminal Minds’

CBS has announced the early renewals of 20 of its most popular series for the 2014-2015 season, including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles and Criminal Minds.

CBS Chief Les Moonves revealed that the network is considering 18 pilots for next season, including the potential NCIS and CSI spinoffs, and they expect to add two dramas and two comedies to the schedule. Of those 18 pilots, Moonves said, “you only need four winners” so “you’d better be damn good or you’re not going to get on.”
