Berman Returns To ‘Drop Dead Diva’

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation actor David Berman (David Phillips) will return to Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva, according to The Hollywood Reporter. On the series, created by brother and former CSI producer/writer Josh Berman, Berman plays Hank the Bailiff, an eternal optimist with a penchant for performing impressions. This Sunday’s episode marks his fourth appearance on the series, and you can preview a scene from it below.
