    I have a question to ask but, dont know where to ask so I’ll ask here; how many times does samantha owens actually work out in the field? I read once with eric and again with ryan, and a third with natalia… Im sorry but, im confused; isnt this the most a new lab tech has ever been out in the field with the csi’s? Just wondering.

    Based on the episodes that have aired, we don’t know much other than the fact that she is a lab tech who wants to go out in the field – these pictures show that she definitely does get her wish, but I don’t know what her role will be going forward. Some of the fans in the CSI: Miami forum on TalkCSI might know a bit more about the situation – the link to the message board is at the top of the page. Otherwise, we’ll all just have to wait and see what happens. :)

    Samantha Owens is working in the lab but she then completes her field test which means she is now a detective and can work out in the field. so far i’ve only seen her in the field once with eric. and wolfe has a crush on her :)

    apparently you were watching a completely different episode than wat i saw. If u were paying any attention in the begining ryan was initally gonna give sam the bracelet ONLY to CONGRADUALTE her on becoming detective, then eric & sam had a fight out in the field. So later, ryan walks in and tells eric he heard wat happened and eric tells ryan he wanted to clear the air w/her. So ryan gives eric the bracelet to give to sam to make things right. I feel more bad for ryan coz all he wanted to do was give her the bracelet just to CONGRADULATE her; then it gets blown wayyyyyyy out of perportion.
