CSI: New York set designer Will Batts posted the following Twitpic featuring a sky bridge reproduction under construction. The set represents the three-story Gimbels Sky Bridge, which crosses 32nd Street in Manhattan. The original copper-clad structure was erected in 1925. Click to see the image full-sized:

Go Behind The Scenes Of The Latest ‘Miami’ Episode

Gregory Bassenian is credited with writing the latest episode of CSI: Miami, “Blood Sugar”, and he posted about the experience on the CSI: Miami blog. Bassenian revealed some behind-the-scenes secrets, including the true identity of the sugar refinery, details about the sugar-covered corpse and the massive explosion featured at the beginning of the episode.

‘Miami’ Gets Fewer Viewers, Earns Series Low In The Demo

The most recent episode of CSI: Miami, “Blood Sugar”, aired approximately 30 minutes late on Sunday, December 12. According to the final ratings, the series pulled in 9.89 million viewers, which is down from the previous episode and marks the show’s lowest ratings since October 31. Miami also earned a series low 2.3 rating/6 share in the 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers.
