Saturday, October 30th, 2010The latest episode of CSI: New York, “Do Not Pass Go”, came in first place for the hour on Friday, October 29. The series pulled in 10.42 million viewers, which is the highest number so far this season. In the key 18-49 demographic, New York earned a 1.8 rating/6 share. The season premiere of Primetime: What Would You Do? was second for the hour with 5.39 million viewers and 1.7/5 among adults 18-49. The first hour of Dateline was next with 4.78 million viewers and 1.2/4 in the demo, with Supernatural (2.48 million, 1.1/4) and The Good Guys (2.47 million, 0.7/2) rounding out the hour.

The game is now in stores, and fans can try it out by downloading the free demo version online. The demo features one whole mission from the game. ‘CSI’ Takes First In Viewers, Ties For Third In The Demo
Friday, October 29th, 2010The latest episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “Cold Blooded”, earned the top spot in overall viewers on Thursday, October 28. The series pulled in 14.12 million viewers, which was down from the previous episode, but this was enough to put it ahead of the second hour of game 2 in the World Series (11.78 million), Grey’s Anatomy (10.67 million), NBC’s combination of The Office (8.05 million) and Outsourced (5.92 million), and Nikita on the CW (2.59 million). In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, Grey’s came out on top with a 3.8 rating/10 share. Game 2 was second with 3.4/9, CSI and NBC’s combo tied for third with 3.3/9, and Nikita rounded out the hour with 1.0/3.

Buckley Named Celebrity Spokesperson For Mantra
Thursday, October 28th, 2010CSI: New York actor AJ Buckley (Adam Ross) is the new Celebrity Spokesperson for Mantra Venture Group. According to the company’s website, “Mantra’s mission is to acquire leading technological solutions to overcome today’s environmental conundrums.” As Celebrity Spokesperson, Buckley will work to increase environmental awareness and provide insight into Mantra’s technologies.
“This is a very exciting opportunity for me, as I have been fascinated by the company for over a year,” Buckley said in a statement. “Mantra’s carbon recycling and LED technologies will have a great impact on our planet and I see this as a great way for me to contribute to the global push towards environmental sustainability. I am hopeful that by getting the message to more people, we can have a significant impact in re-shaping the future.”
