Sinise Brings A Wounded Warrior To The ‘New York’ Set

Gary Sinise (Mac Taylor) recently invited Sergeant First Class Mike Schlitz to the set of CSI: New York. Schlitz was severely injured by an improvised explosive device while serving in the US Army in Iraq in 2007. He suffered burns over 85% of his body, he lost both hands, and he suffered from vision loss and has a limited range of motion. Sinise called Schlitz “a real inspiration”.
