‘CSI’ Takes First In Viewers, Ties In Key Demo At 10PM

Friday, April 2nd, 2010

The latest episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “The Panty Sniffer”, aired at 10:00pm ET/PT on Thursday, April 1. The temporary timeslot switch did not benefit CSI or The Mentalist, which were both down in overall viewers and adults 18-49 from the last episode. However, “The Panty Sniffer” still won the hour with 13.21 million viewers, beating Private Practice (7.83 million) and The Marriage Ref (5.26 million). In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, CSI and Practice tied with a 2.8 rating/8 share for the hour. Ref was third with 2.3/7.
