American Superstar and Fashion Wire Daily have posted pictures of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation actress Marg Helgenberger (Catherine Willows) at the red carpet premiere of the new post-apocalyptic film The Road at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on November 4 in Hollywood, California. The film stars Viggo Mortensen and Charlize Theron and is based on the 2006 Cormac McCarthy novel of the same name. One of the red carpet photos features Alan Rosenberg. As CSI Files previously reported, Helgenberger filed for divorce from Rosenberg in March after 19 years of marriage.

Thursday, November 5th, 2009CBS has ordered additional episodes of all three members of the CSI franchise. This brings CSI: Miami up to 24 episodes, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: New York now have 23 planned episodes at this point. This news comes as the network announces that they are lowering the season order for Friday night series Numb3rs from 22 to 16 episodes. There is a rumour that Flashpoint will take the 10:00pm timeslot on Fridays starting in February, but this has not been confirmed.

Ulrich: It’s Pretty Intense

‘New York’ Loses To The Final World Series Game
Thursday, November 5th, 2009The most recent episode of CSI: New York‘s sixth season, “It Happened to Me”, faced stiff competition from the final game of the World Series on Wednesday, November 4. Game 6 pulled in 19.40 million viewers in the 10:00pm hour, beating New York‘s 11.64 million, The Jay Leno Show‘s 4.73 million and the 4.60 million viewers earned by Eastwick. In the 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, Game 6 had a 6.8 rating/19 share for the hour, easily beating New York (2.7/7), Eastwick (1.6/4) and Leno (1.3/4).
