CSI Files previously reported that the Ride 2 Recovery eBay Charity Auction would include a CSI: New York set experience and wrap party with Gary Sinise (Mac Taylor). The final bid was $4,150. Overall, the auction earned more than $95,000 to help wounded American soldiers.

The American Latino Media Arts (ALMA) Awards will air tonight, September 18 at 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC. CSI: Miami actors Eva La Rue (Natalia Boa Vista) and Adam Rodriguez (Eric Delko) are both nominated for the awards, which honor positive portrayals of Latinos in the media.

In April, CSI Files reported that CSI: Miami‘s leading man, David Caruso (Horatio Caine), was being sued by the mother of his two children, Liza Marquez. Last week, Marquez filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court to have the lawsuit dismissed. The document states that Marquez “is not recovering anything of value” from the suit.
